Dear Community Members,
In September 2023, the Town of Surfside approved our plans for a 12-story boutique condominium designed by the acclaimed firm of Zaha Hadid Architects to offer a maximum of 52 residences. This approval paved the way for us to transition from vision to commencement. As we begin the process, we want you to know that we will keep you informed on key milestones along the way.
We have already engaged with our nearest neighbors to establish comprehensive site monitoring as we plan to commence site mobilization and preparation works during January 2024, which will utilize the adjoining roads and right-of-way. This will continue throughout the delivery process.
